CancelMyFine provides AI-generated template appeal letters for parking fines in the United Kingdom. Our service costs £4.99 per letter. You receive a downloadable PDF after payment.

2. Not legal advice

CancelMyFine is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The letters we generate are templates that reference relevant UK legislation. We do not guarantee the outcome of any appeal. You are responsible for reviewing and customising the letter before submitting it.

3. Payment and delivery

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• The price is £4.99 (inclusive of VAT where applicable)
• Your letter is delivered immediately as a PDF download after successful payment
• You may also copy the letter text from the success page

4. Refund policy

Due to the instant digital delivery of our product, refunds are not available once the letter has been generated and downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at support@cancelmyfine.co.uk and we will resolve it.

5. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your parking fine
• You are responsible for adding your personal details (name, address, PCN number) to the letter before sending
• You are responsible for submitting the letter to the correct authority within the applicable deadline
• You must not use our service for fraudulent purposes

6. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that your appeal will be successful. The outcome depends on the specific circumstances of your fine, the evidence available, and the decision of the issuing authority. Our letters are designed to present the strongest possible case based on the information you provide.

7. Intellectual property

Once purchased, you may use the generated letter for your personal appeal. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit letters generated by our service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CancelMyFine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to the outcome of any parking fine appeal.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
